Support Team USA on their last stop of the Road to Lyon tour before they head off to compete in the 2017 Bocuse d’Or. Chef Corey Lee of In Situ in San Francisco, will host along with featured chefs:

A ment’or Gala dinner at Per Se

Join Host Chef Thomas Keller at his award winning New York City Restaurant, Per Se, for a special evening celebrating ment’or.  Guest chefs for the gala dinner include Chefs Daniel Boulud, Gabriel Kreuther, and Shaun Hergatt. Each chef is donating their time for this dinner and 100% of the proceeds will help fund educational programs for young chefs in America.  

The evening will start off with a Krug Grand Cuvée reception courtesy of the House of Krug.  This five course experience will be expertly paired with wines and highlight a signature dish from each Chef.  Renowned auctioneer, Michael Troise, will host a unique auction featuring once in a lifetime wine experiences and travel excursions.  Each guest will leave with a special memento of the evening.

Bocuse d’Or 2017 | January 23-26, 2017 | Lyon, France

The Bocuse d’Or 2017 is taking place on January 24 & 25, 2017 in Lyon, France.  We hope you will join us to cheer on Team USA Chefs Mathew Peters and Harrison Turone as we go for Gold!  There will be 23 other countries vying for the Golden Bocuse Statue and we are excited to showcase our American spirit while we are in Lyon.  We have designed a special package to allow you to experience Lyon’s finest while showing your support for the Team at the competition. 

This special Bocuse d’Or VIP experience includes:

◊ Three nights hotel accommodation at the Marriott Lyon or Cour des Loges*
◊ Transportation to and from all of the group scheduled events
◊ Private tours of the Les Halles de Lyon and Maison des Canuts Tour (silk factory)
