This weekend includes one-of-a-kind recipes and tips from the chefs, intimate classes and conversations, an unforgettable virtual gala experience, and a number of other special surprises and memorable moments!

 

PRICING:

The Full Experience:
$500 + $199 to the Ment’or Giving Fund

Saturday Only:
$325 + $100 to the Ment’or Giving Fund

Sunday Only:
$175 + $100 to the Ment’or Giving Fund

 

The Full Experience and Saturday Only will also include a premium Robb Report gift box featuring a beautiful chef grade apron with a leather collar strap and Robb Report logo, a Robb Report magazine, and a stunning and one-of-a-kind carry case for wine valued at over $550.

Donation: $199 of your ticket will be donated directly to the Ment’or on behalf of your household. Additional guests are welcome to join from your home if you so choose as the event will be virtual. We do ask, however, that you kindly make a $100 donation to Ment’or for each additional guest in support of youth pursuing the culinary arts.

Bocuse d’Or Team USA 2021 National Selection

We invite you to join us at The Culinary Institute of America’s Copia campus in Napa, to select the next Team USA! Three teams will face-off to determine which chef and commis will represent the United States for the 2021 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France. The competition is conducted in the same format as the Bocuse d’Or, with each team competing over a five hour and 35 minute period and concludes with an esteemed chef panel who will judge each candidate’s presentations.

Competing finalist teams: 

Head Chef: Nyesha Arrington (Los Angeles, CA) and Commis: Michael Sansom (Yountville, CA)

Head Chef: Jeffery Hayashi (Honolulu, HI) and Commis: William Barrera (Honolulu, HI)

Head Chef: Scott Muns (Washington D.C.) and Commis: Yuta Umeki (New York, NY)

Chef judges include Paul Bartolotta, William Bradley, Gerard Craft, Olivier Dubreuil, Michelle Karr-Ueoka, James Kent, Matthew Kirkley, Brian Lockwood,Yvan Mucharraz, Roland Passot, Francis Reynard, Melissa Rodriguez, Rich Rosendale, Joachim Splichal, Philip Tessier, and Ming Tsai. In addition to the chef jury panel, Chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Gavin Kaysen, Mathew Peters and Robert Sulatycky will head the President’s Table.

On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, the heartland town of Milan, Ohio will be transformed into the pulse of the culinary world when renowned Chefs Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller join Farmer Lee Jones for a once in a lifetime event. This dinner, led by CVI Executive Chef Jamie Simpson, will showcase courses created by a team of acclaimed culinary leaders and guests will have the opportunity to dine and meet-and-greet with the chefs.
