Join Chefs Thomas Keller, Jérôme Bocuse, Paul Bartolotta, William Bradley, Team USA 2017 Gold Medalist, Mathew Peters and Team USA 2023 (Coach Robert Sulatycky, Chef Jeffery Hayashi and Commis Franco Fugel) for this extraordinary culinary event to support Ment’or at The Thermal Club on Saturday, October 29th, 2022
Enjoy an intimate cocktail reception followed by a decadent five-course dinner and lively auction. This dinner is themed as an homage to Chef Paul Bocuse, the founder of the global culinary competition, The Bocuse d’Or. Team USA 2017, Chef Mathew Peters, will be sharing his experience of his unprecedented Gold Medal victory at the Bocuse d’Or Finals that year. Guests will also hear from Team USA 2023 who will share what training is like leading up to the competition this coming January.
