In celebration of Father’s Day, Chef Rich Rosendale shared his recipe for his Peach Tea rub, the perfect accompaniment to your Father’s favorite meat! Sprinkle a little on pork, ribs, or chicken, for a unique sweet and savory result.

Ingredients:

2 cups peach tea
1 cup paprika
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup salt
5 tablespoons coarse black pepper
5 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons celery seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground all spice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are well incorporated.
