Team USA 2025, led by Head Chef Stefani De Palma and Commis Bradley Waddle, is looking to fulfill their lifelong dream of competing on the world stage of the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon. This Giving Tuesday, our goal is to raise funds to help Team USA win and bring home Gold for America. With just weeks to go, the Ment’or community and Culinary Council are focused on providing the team with the necessary equipment and ingredients they need to bring home Gold.
