Road to Lyon: An Evening With Chef Gabriel Kreuther

We Are On The Road To Lyon! 

After winning Gold at the Americas Selection in New Orleans this past June, Team USA has been hard at work training and preparing for the Bocuse d’Or Finals in Lyon this coming January 26-27, 2025. Ment’or Culinary Council Chef Gabriel Kreuther will be hosting a dinner at his Michelin-starred restaurant Kreuther in New York City to benefit Team USA. He will be joined by Chefs Thomas Allan, Emma Bengtsson, Tom Colicchio and Angie Mar. The funds raised from this exciting evening’s proceeds will provide Team USA with equipment and training that are needed for their success. 

Team USA 2017 won Gold and Team USA 2015 won Silver. Team USA is aiming for the podium again this year and with your support, we can Go for Gold again! 

Chef Gabriel Kreuther

Chef Gabriel Kreuther stands at the pinnacle of the culinary world, celebrated not only for his impeccable skills but for his dedication to the art of culinary excellence. Born and raised in the Alsace region of France, Gabriel grew up amidst farm land and rugged
terroir, developing an early appreciation for the connection between land and table.

After honing his craft in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, earning multiple accolades, including Michelin stars and James Beard Awards, he opened his own eponymous fine dining establishment in the heart of New York City.

Gabriel Kreuther is more than a multi-award-winning chef; he is a custodian of culinary tradition, an innovator, mentor, and a storyteller whose life’s work transcends the boundaries of the kitchen, influencing the culinary world at large.
